Note that transit times are established at the point of shipping and vary by carrier.

Please note that CEO BLACK LLC bears no responsibility for any delays after your item has shipped. 

 

In the event a package is returned as "undeliverable," the customer is responsible for both the return and, initial shipping charges. If package tracking status shows "delivered" and you did not receive the item, all claims must be initiated by the customer with the carrier. (i.e. UPS, Fed Ex, USPS etc.)

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

No refunds or exchanges will be allowed unless the item(s) received are 

defective or incorrect.

 

DEFECTIVE or INCORRECT ITEMS

If you have received defective item or items that are different from those shown

on your receipt, you can contact us for assistance via email.  A photo of the defective item(s),

and package must be included in your email. Always include your name, and full item name

to avoid confusion.

 

CHANGING or CANCELLING YOUR ORDER

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled or adjusted.

 

LOST PACKAGES

We ship via third-parties and cannot be held responsible for packages once proof

of delivery is generated via the tracking number.

 

PRICE CHANGES

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. The price your order

was purchased and confirmed for is final. Prices will not be retroactively adjusted.
